- Able to liaise effectively with all levels of management, consultants, contractors, sub-contractors, and relevant agencies.
- Candidates without the above qualification but with relevant experience will be considered.
- Good team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Willing to travel and possess own transportation.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Software (or willing to learn).
- Outgoing personality, eager to be challenged, and interested in exploring new things.
- Good presentation skills.

Job Descriptions:
- Organise, coordinate, monitor, and supervise site activities.
- Oversee the implementation and compliance of ISO procedures.
- Verify daily site reports and progress reports prepared by site workers and subcontractors.
- Ensure work meets client standards, specifications, correct materials, workmanship, and schedule.
- Be familiar with all relevant drawings (AutoCAD) and written instructions; use as standards references during inspections.
- Cross-check drawings and bill of quantities (BQ).
- Issue correspondence (letters/memos) to involved parties (consultants/clients) regarding arising matters.
- Check drawings for discrepancies and report to senior management.
- Verify measurements and samples on site to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
- Monitor and report on physical progress and stage claims to superiors.
- Maintain company utilities in good condition.
- Liaise with contractors, consultants, and local authorities.
- Keep updated records of daily site progress.
- Attend monthly site valuation meetings and verify progress claims with clients.
- Participate in site coordination meetings, NSC meetings, technical site walks, and internal staff meetings.
