• Minimum 3 ans d'expérience en supervision de construction routière.
• Connaissance des travaux routiers, des systèmes de drainage et de revêtement.
• Capacité à lire des dessins et spécifications techniques.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Site Supervisor for Road Projects to oversee daily site operations. The ideal candidate will manage and monitor road construction works, ensuring compliance with safety standards, technical drawings, and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate day-to-day road construction activities on-site.

Monitor site progress and ensure works are completed on schedule.

Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.

Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, engineers, and consultants.

Interpret construction drawings and specifications.

Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality of workmanship.

Maintain accurate site records, reports, and progress updates.

Resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid project delays.

Assist in material planning and ensure timely availability.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in road construction supervision.

Strong knowledge of roadworks, drainage, and pavement works.

Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.

Good leadership and communication skills.

Familiar with local construction standards and JKR specifications.

Possess a valid driving license and willing to travel to site.
