• Responsible for site work coordination, management supervision at the site and monitoring the quality of work to ensure compliance with specifications and in accordance with work progress in line with the construction schedule.
• Monitor daily site activities and report to the Project Manager on progress.
• Coordinate maintenance and defect rectification works.
• The successful candidate will be based in Beluru Region (accommodation will be provided).

Requirements:

• Possess at least a Diploma in Civil Engineering / Building / Construction Management or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 (five) years of working experience in building construction site supervision.
