Responsible for managing the site security operations team, ensuring all client global security policies, SOP's Operational Orders and Assignment instructions are fully complied with by security staff.

Conduct and oversee comprehensive Threat, Vulnerability and Risk Assessments (TVRAs) at current and proposed Critical Facility locations, to identify potential threats and develop mitigation strategies.

Oversee audit activity and third party reviews.

Manage key meetings of security status and initiatives.

Oversee and manage Electronic Security.

Manage the planning, implementation and supporting arrangements for all site.

Lead security team incident response for crisis management events on site.

Responsible for ensuring that all vendor security staff are trained and conversant with client's standards.

Responsible for ensuring that all vendor security team has the necessary tools and equipment to carry out their prescribe duties.

Accountable to implement and ensure robust post and shift handover procedures.

Ensure an effective communications plan is implemented and documented throughout all levels of the security team.

Interview, select, and manage the training of the new site security team staff. Routinely measure and assess the proficiency and effectiveness of the team.

Engage with Client Design and Construction team to advice on security related service delivery and communicate increased security task.

Requirements :

Minimum 4years relevant experience in law enforcement, military background or security management.

Diploma in Security Management, Law Enforcement, Business Management, or to certificates as applicable according to the local legislation.

Strong experience of working within the regulatory environment and responding to audits.

Able to work with a high degree of autonomy with effective time management skills.

Self-motivated, proactive and able to drive new initiatives from concept to completion.

Ability to communicate effectively to senior management, with a high degree of Emotional Intelligence.

Experience of working in Microsoft Office programs to include Excel and PowerPoint.

Familiarity and experience in intelligent automation solutions and business process improvement.

Effective use and monitoring of open source intelligence and information.

Conflict management and effective communication skills

Knowledge of current physical security operations and trends.
