Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Site Scheduler to manage and coordinate construction schedules, resources, and timelines for our site operations in Chenderoh, Perak. The ideal candidate will ensure that all project milestones are met efficiently and on time, working closely with site supervisors, contractors, and project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
  • Coordinate with site supervisors, engineers, and subcontractors to gather updates and revise schedules.
  • Monitor project progress and highlight deviations from the baseline.
  • Prepare and present weekly/monthly progress reports to stakeholders.
  • Assist in resource planning and allocation for efficient site operations.
  • Identify scheduling conflicts and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Support the team with look-ahead schedules and short-term planning.
  • Maintain accurate records of schedule changes and justifications.
  • Ensure alignment with project milestones and contractual obligations.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in project scheduling, ideally within construction, engineering, or infrastructure sectors.
  • Proficiency in scheduling software (Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent).
  • Strong understanding of project management and site operations.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Preferred Attributes
  • Experience with large-scale or multi-site projects.
  • Familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM) and critical path analysis.
  • Knowledge of safety and compliance standards in site operations.
