Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced Site Safety Supervisor (SSS) to join our team at Pembinaan Saji Jaya Sdn Bhd in Kuala Rompin, Pahang. As the SSS, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health, safety and wellbeing of our construction site personnel and adherence to all relevant safety regulations and protocols. This is a full-time position.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards
• Develop, implement and monitor comprehensive safety management systems and procedures
• Provide training and guidance to workers on proper safety practices and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Investigate incidents and accidents, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence
• Liaise with regulatory authorities and client representatives to ensure compliance with all relevant safety laws and regulations
• Maintain detailed records and documentation related to site safety activities
• Promote a positive safety culture and foster a proactive approach to safety among all site personnel
