A leading construction company seeks a Site Safety Supervisor for a contracted role lasting approximately 12 months. With a minimum of 5 years of experience with Petronas and a Site Safety Supervisor certification, the candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining safety standards.

Job description

This is a contract basis for ± 12 months duration.

Responsibilities

• Supervises day-to-day activities within a particular construction workplace to ensure HSE matters is complied by Contractor.
• Ensures that workers make use of necessary protective equipment like helmets, hand gloves, welding shades etc., where and when necessary.
• Monitor and oversee worker adherence to HSE on day-to-day basis.
• Takes note of workers safety concerns and immediately acts on them.
• Implement HSE on site as per required by PTW.
• Assume role of SHO in the absence of the incumbent.
