We are seeking a talented and dedicated Site Safety Supervisor to join our team!

Job Description :

1. Assist the HSE Officer/Manager in implementing the HSEMS system on site, specifically in:

• safety promotion
• safety audits
• organizing HSE meetings
• conducting toolbox talks and safety training
• preparing reports
• maintaining safety records
• conducting accident investigations

Assist in investigating all incidents and accidents, ensuring proper record keeping.

Liaise with relevant authorities and clients regarding HSE matters on site.

Collect and collate data to monitor HSE status at each site.

Serve as Secretary of the Safety & Health Committee in the absence of the HSE Officer.

Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Occupational Safety & Health or related discipline, or management qualification with a safety and health officer certificate recognized by NIOSH or DOSH.
• Pass the SHO exam and have at least 3 years’ experience for SHO registration.
• Registered with DOSH as a Site Safety Supervisor.
• Minimum one (1) year experience in safety and health matters.
• Johor or Penang based positions available.
