Job summary

CEEC JSPDI (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. is seeking a Site Safety Supervisor to oversee daily safety on the Kuantan project site in Pahang, Malaysia.

The role ensures compliance with OSH laws, conducts inspections, and coordinates safety briefings. You will monitor PPE use, lead toolbox talks, manage RSJs, PTW, and JSA processes, and report incidents. Requirements include a Diploma in OSH and at least three years’ construction safety experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or relevant qualification in Occupational Safety and Health or Construction Safety.
• 3 years of site safety experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Malaysian OSH laws and DOSH requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site safety activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Conduct site inspections and toolbox talks with workers and subcontractors.
• Monitor and enforce use of PPE and safe work procedures.
• Coordinate safety briefings and risk assessments across activities.
• Investigate accidents and incidents and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain HSSE records and safety documentation.
• Assist in emergency drills and response planning.
• Work at Kuantan, Pahang project site as required.
