Qualifications

• Registered Safety Officer with DOSH certification needed.

Drive & promote safe behavior in accordance with the Schindler OH&S Management System

Coordinate with PM/PE for site readiness.

Support PM/PE to attend site coordination meetings on builders works and safety.

Supervise installation process (installation manual) (Primary Importance).

Plan and coordinate daily installation tasks.

Check tools are available and according to standard requirement.

Accompany Product Safety Inspector for SAIS inspection & responsible for FPY.

Coordinate with PM/PE to prepare for JKKP inspection.

Implement installation method for new releases.

Coordinate with PM/PE to achieve performance targets.

Check tools are available and according to standard requirement.

Key Requirements

Diploma in Engineering or Occupational Safety and Health

Registered as a certified Safety Officer / Supervisor with DOSH (with valid yellow/green book).

Must possess valid Scaffolder Level 2 certification (CIDB / DOSH accredited or equivalent).

Minimum 2 years of experience in scaffolding work (preferably in industrial or construction sites)
