Job summary

A construction company in Malaysia is seeking a Safety Officer to ensure compliance with safety regulations at project sites. Candidates must possess a Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health and a valid Yellow Book registration with DOSH. Tasks & Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance and to promote a safe conduct of work at project site.
• Perform regulatory responsibilities prescribed in the Occupational Safety and Health Regulations.
• Conduct Toolbox meeting (TBM) at site.
• Perform workplace inspection to reduces the accident/incident, unsafe act/unsafe condition at site.
• Work closely with relevant authorities, such as Department Occupational safety and Health (DOSH), and Environment on matters related to HSE.
• Ensure all the machinery policies, procedure and instructions are comply with DOSH regulations.
