Overview

Reporting to the Safety Officer and Project Manager, this full-time Site Safety Supervisor role is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of health, safety and environmental practices are maintained on ERAWORKS ENERGY (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD's construction sites in Pahang. As a key member of the site team, you will play a pivotal role in protecting the wellbeing of our employees and subcontractors, and upholding our company's commitment to workplace safety.

Responsibilities

• Conducting regular site inspections to identify and address potential hazards
• Monitoring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations, policies and procedures
• Providing training and support to site personnel on safety best practices
• Investigating and reporting on any incidents or accidents that occur
• Maintaining comprehensive safety documentation and records
• Collaborating with the site management team to continuously improve safety standards
• Liaising with regulatory bodies and other external stakeholders as required
• Coordinate with main-contractor and client for any safety requirement

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1-3 years' experience as a Site Safety Supervisor in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of health, safety and environmental legislation and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with all levels of staff
• Demonstrated ability to identify and mitigate safety risks
• Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Able to Outstation.
• Working Site might be Pahang（Cherating Kemaman Bentong Kuantan Temerloh).
