About the role

Strive Force Equipment & Engineering Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Safety Supervisor to join our team in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. As a full-time Site Safety Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety and environmental standards on our construction sites are met. This is a critical role that plays a key part in our commitment to providing a safe working environment for all our employees and contractors.

What you'll be doing

Conducting regular site inspections to identify and mitigate potential health, safety and environmental risks

Implementing and monitoring safety procedures and protocols on site

Providing safety training and toolbox talks to site personnel

Investigating and reporting on all incidents, accidents and near-misses

Liaising with project managers, site engineers and subcontractors to ensure safety compliance

Maintaining detailed records of safety activities and incidents

Ensuring the site adheres to all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years' experience as a Site Safety Supervisor in the construction industry

Knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations and best practices

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with all stakeholders

Ability to work independently and as part of a team to implement safety initiatives

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Proficient in using safety monitoring and reporting software

Valid license DOSH yellow book

Valid CIDB and OGSP (More preferable)
