Job summary

GT-Max Construction invites a Site Safety Supervisor to monitor daily site activities, ensure compliance with safety procedures and legal requirements, and coordinate with subcontractors on safety matters.

You will conduct safety inductions, coach workers, assist in risk assessments, and help prepare safety reports. A valid SSS certificate and 2–3 years of experience are required; the role offers a supportive environment and opportunity for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid Site Safety Supervisor (SSS) Certificate recognized by DOSH.
• Minimum 2–3 years of construction site safety supervision experience.
• Familiar with OSHA, FMA, CIDB and other safety regulations.
• Good communication, observational, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and respond quickly to safety concerns.
• Physically fit and willing to work at construction sites daily.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily site activities and ensure compliance with safety procedures and legal requirements.

• Liaise with subcontractors and site teams on safety-related matters.
• Promote a culture of safety awareness and compliance on site.
