SupremeAsia Engineering Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Site Safety Officer / Supervisor to join our construction team in Cyberjaya, Selangor. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety and environmental compliance of our construction site operations.

Responsibilities

• Implementing and monitoring safety policies and procedures to protect the well-being of all site personnel
• Conducting regular safety inspections and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards
• Providing safety training and education to site workers to promote a strong safety culture
• Investigating and reporting on any incidents or accidents that occur on site
• Liaising with regulatory authorities to ensure full compliance with all health, safety and environmental regulations
• Maintaining detailed records and documentation related to site safety management
• Providing safety guidance and support to project managers and other site supervisors

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years\' experience as a Site Safety Officer or Supervisor in the construction industry
• Strong working knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations applicable to construction projects
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage safety procedures with site workers
• Ability to work independently and make sound judgements to promote safe site practices
• Proficiency in using safety management software and documentation tools
• Relevant safety certifications, such as IOSH or NEBOSH, would be highly desirable
