MSR Green Energy Sdn Bhd, entreprise pionnière des énergies solaires en Malaisie, recherche un Site Safety & Health Officer pour un contrat de 18 mois à Bukit Kayu Hitam. Le candidat idéal aura au moins cinq ans d'expérience en gestion de la sécurité et sera responsable de la mise en œuvre des protocoles de sécurité tout en assurant la conformité et en promouvant une culture de sécurité sur les sites. Qualifications

MSR Green Energy, a pioneering solar development company in Malaysia, is at the helm of transforming the energy landscape with sustainable and clean energy solutions. We are looking for a seasoned Site Safety & Health Officer with a passion for renewable energy and a proven track record in ensuring workplace safety. This is an 18-month on-site contract at Bukit Kayu Hitam, Kedah. The ideal candidate will have at least five (5) years of experience and will be responsible for implementing safety protocols, maintaining compliance, and promoting safety culture across project sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and enforce safety plans, hazard analysis, risk mitigation, and emergency responses.
  • Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Lead safety orientations and training for all site personnel, including contractors.
  • Coordinate safety measures with project management during planning and execution.
  • Investigate accidents and incidents, providing reports and preventive recommendations.
  • Ensure all safety documentation and permits are maintained in liaise with regulatory bodies.
  • Promote a proactive safety culture encouraging reporting and continuous improvement.
  • Manage PPE and safety signage across sites.
  • Stay updated on safety regulations and best practices in solar and construction industries.
About You:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Safety Management, Environmental Health, or related field.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of safety management experience, preferably in solar or construction sectors.
  • Thorough knowledge of safety regulations and standards.
  • Ability to conduct risk assessments, audits, and training.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and safety management software.
  • Proactive approach to safety issues.
  • Valid Green Book.
