Job summary

Finsmart Solutions Malaysia Sdn Bhd seeks an experienced Site Reliability Engineer to manage daily operations and health checks of the trading platform. You will ensure continuous availability, monitor system stability, and collaborate with vendors to maintain infrastructure.

The role requires hands-on experience with Windows and Linux, plus knowledge of securities trading systems. You will coordinate with internal users, provide IT support, and help enforce IT policies to meet regulatory

• Experience in operating systems (Windows and Linux).
• Experience in securities trading system support.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily operation and system health checks of the trading platform.
• Ensure ongoing operations, availability and stability for infrastructure.
• Coordinate with software vendors and hardware suppliers such as server, storage, etc.
• Work with business side/internal users to understand the business challenges and requirements.
• Provide IT support to internal users, including setup of PCs/notebooks with required software and network access.
• Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.
