Who Are We Seeking?

About Us

What will you do?

• Design and implement high-availability, scalable system architectures
• Develop automation tools and scripts to streamline operations and reduce manual effort
• Define, track, and analyze SLOs/SLIs to ensure service reliability
• Conduct thorough incident post-mortems for continuous improvement
• Collaborate with teams to establish best practices and drive reliability improvements
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to databases, networks, and deployments (including underlying platforms like Kubernetes and VMs)
• Ensure timely resolution of issues within SLAs, maintaining high service delivery standards
• Identify performance bottlenecks and recommend actionable improvements
• Maintain comprehensive documentation

Requirements

Hard Skills

• Strong foundation in SRE principles (SLOs/SLIs, toil reduction, incident response)
• Strong expertise in Linux system administration
• Expertise in scripting languages (Python, Golang, Java)
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Familiarity with networking concepts and effective troubleshooting techniques
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and frameworks, including CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and containerization
• Experience with monitoring and alerting tools
