Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Site Quantity Surveyor to manage commercial, financial, and contractual aspects of on-site construction projects, ensuring budgets are met and costs are controlled.

Responsibilities include tracking materials, valuing subcontractor work, negotiating contracts, and preparing budgets, CVRs, and cost forecasts. Candidates should have at least a Diploma or Bachelor's in Quantity Surveying and 5 years of QS experience; be willing to travel and have own transport.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years QS experience.
• Experience in tendering and JKR E Tender.
• Experience in prepare BQ, pre/post-contract work.
• Experience in claim, CVR and cost forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial, financial, and contractual aspects on-site.
• Track materials, value subcontractor work, negotiate contracts.
