Job summary

Hirehub Management Sdn. Bhd. seeks an experienced QA/QC professional to lead quality assurance for on-site fit-out, steel structures, and M&E works. You will review drawings, implement ITPs, and manage NCRs and CAPAs across projects in Malaysia.

The role requires 3–5 years in QA/QC, a relevant engineering degree, and strong communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia. ISO 9001 and NDT experience are advantageous; travel to project sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Engineering or related disciplines.
• 3–5 years of QA/QC or site quality experience in fit-out, steel structure, or M&E projects.
• Strong knowledge of steel structure fabrication, welding, coating and NDT testing.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written).
• QA/QC certifications (ISO 9001, welding, coating, NDT) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute QA activities for fit-out, steel structure, and M&E works at project sites.
• Prepare and implement QA plans, ITPs, checklists, and inspection procedures.
• Review drawings, RFIs, method statements, and variations.
• Monitor fabrication and installation quality, including welding and NDT.
• Conduct quality inspections for interior fit-out works and interfaces.
• Identify NCRs, perform root cause analysis, and drive CAPAs to closure.
• Coordinate with consultants, PMC teams, subcontractors, and site teams.
• Maintain QA documentation and support handover activities.
