Job description

RM2,300.00/bln - RM3,000.00/bln

Job Responsibility
  • Prepare project preliminaries and manage project acceptance.
  • Monitor installation schedule at the site.
  • Coordinate site planning and equipment at the site.
  • Supervise subcontractors at the site.
  • Attend site meetings and follow up on action items.
  • Coordinate with owners, consultants, architects, and other parties for project approval and queries.
  • Liaise with contractors and subcontractors regarding site matters.
  • Certify subcontractor work progress claims for credit control before the 20th of each month.
  • Participate in internal meetings such as project meetings, collection meetings, and defect/delivery meetings.
  • Provide weekly site progress or defect reports to the Head of Department, highlighting significant issues.
  • Prepare for JKKP handover inspections.
  • Conduct joint site inspections with subcontractors, quantity surveyors, and maintenance departments before handover to T&C and JKKP.
  • Handle paperwork related to the project, including correspondence, proposals, complaints, and quotations.
  • Manage payment collections for the project.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the project Head of Department.
  • Audit, monitor, and report on site conditions to superiors.
  • Monitor and audit maintenance sites.
  • Provide first-line troubleshooting support to technicians and subcontractors.
  • Attend technical site meetings or inspections such as Bomba & JKKP inspections.
  • Assist the site team with technical activities like testing, commissioning, and monthly servicing.
Job Requirements
  • Possess at least a Certificate or Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical/Mechatronic) or related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Fluency in Mandarin is preferred, as the role involves dealing with Chinese clients.
  • Based in either Genting Highlands or Kuching, Sarawak.
