Job summary

Pristine Glory Sdn. Bhd. invites a skilled Site Engineer to join our team to deliver civil construction projects on schedule and within budget.

You will interpret and apply drawings and specs, guide site activities, and liaise with project managers, architects and other stakeholders. We seek a degree in Civil or Structural Engineering with at least 3 years of site engineering experience, strong problem solving, communication and leadership capabilities, and willingness to outstation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Engineer in construction.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, plans and specifications.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders.
• Ability to work well in a team and demonstrate leadership.
• Familiarity with construction regulations and safety standards.
• Company car provided and willing to outstation.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring construction progress and quality to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required standards.
• Interpreting and applying engineering drawings, plans and specifications to guide the construction team.
• Coordinating with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Conducting site inspections and testing to identify and address non-conformances.
• Preparing detailed reports and logs to record project progress and performance.
• Ensuring all construction activities adhere to safety, environmental and quality regulations.
• Providing technical support and guidance to the construction team.
