Job summary

A leading company specializing in pre-fabricating concrete structure components is seeking a Site Engineer. The successful candidate will manage production activities, ensure quality compliance, and provide technical support. This role is ideal for individuals with a bachelor's degree in civil or structural engineering and strong project management skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience on site or in Precast in the civil/structural engineering industry.
• Experience in precast industry is a bonus.
• Proficiency in interpreting and reading technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily progress with subcontractors.
• Plan, schedule, organize, and execute inspections and testing.
• Monitor and optimize production processes to improve efficiency.

Job description

Supervised on daily progress with subcontractors.

Plan, schedule, organize and execute inspections & testing.

Participate inspection and testing with internal & external parties as and when required.

Liaising with project managers, Drafters and other stakeholders to coordinate production activities

Monitoring and optimizing production processes to improve efficiency and quality

Identifying and resolving any issues in the production workflow

Ensuring compliance with all relevant safety, environmental and quality standards

Providing technical support and guidance to production teams

What we're looking for

A bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or a related field

Minimum 3 years of experience on site or PRECAST within the civil/structural engineering industry

Having relevant experience in Precast industry will be a bonus

Strong project management, coordination and problem-solving skills

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality

Proficiency in interpreting & read technical drawings
