Site Engineer / Site Supervisor

Job Description

Haily Construction Sdn Bhd is primarily involved in the building construction of residential and non-residential buildings. Residential buildings include single and multi-dwelling structures, while non-residential buildings encompass commercial, purpose-built, and industrial facilities. As a G7 CIDB registered main contractor, we are responsible for the entire project scope, including civil works, infrastructure, and the physical buildings within the project area.

Working Hours: 8am - 5pm (Monday - Saturday)

Responsibilities

1. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports detailing site activities, progress, projections, project planning, and other relevant information.
2. Conduct daily site monitoring to oversee progress, safety compliance, and quality standards.
3. Manage reception, ordering, and storage of materials, ensuring proper inventory control and efficient utilization.
4. Facilitate completion of inspection forms and manage RFI to ensure compliance with project specifications and regulations.
5. Supervise casting and architectural processes, ensuring adherence to design specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
6. Record tile QC processes to maintain consistency in size, color, and other specifications.
7. Coordinate with subcontractors, NSC, and client infrastructure teams to optimize project efficiency and alignment with specifications.
8. Monitor site activities to ensure adherence to project schedules.
9. Arrange and record KSK and machinery sign-offs, including Kong cards.
10. Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superiors.

Requirements

• Diploma, Degree, or Professional Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in building construction; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficiency in MS Office and computer literacy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with strong integrity and commitment.
