Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager and Site Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and monitoring site activities from start to completion.
• Supervise and coordinate contractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure works are carried out according to approved plans, specifications, and safety standards.
• Monitor progress, quality, and cost to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
• Review architectural, structural, civil, and M&E drawings to identify technical issues or discrepancies and propose solutions.
• Prepare and update site reports, progress documentation, and inspection records.
• Attend site meetings and inspections with consultants, clients, and authorities.
• Ensure all site works comply with safety regulations and company policies.
• Support in material inspection, quality control, and evaluation of contractor performance.
• Assist with defect rectification and project handover processes.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the superior or Project Manager.

Requirements

• Possess languages – English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin‑speaking clients.
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Civil Engineering, Property Development, Structural or equivalent.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required skill(s): C&S infra and building, Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to interpret drawings and coordinate construction drawings between consultants and contractors.
• Familiar with material, testing and inspecting procedure.
• Able to work independently under minimum supervision.
• Good communication skills.
• Safety practice in construction projects.
• Working hour: Monday-Friday (8:00am-5:00pm), Saturday (8:00am-12:00pm).
