Job description

Responsibilities

- To prepare project progress report, site measurement for progress claim submission.
- To verify sub-contractors site measurement accurately for claim submission.
- To coordinate with client representative, sub-contractor and site supervisor on quality assurance and project progress monitoring.
- To assist project manager in monitoring project progress, project scheduling, budget time required to complete project.
- To coordinate resources with reference to PQP and monitor and adjust delivery schedule based on site conditions.
- To coordinate subcontractors/ project teams for workforce, material/ machineries allocation.
- To ensure material received fulfill to quality specification and quantity.
- To be responsible for site survey according to construction specification.
- To attend to all defects / complaints by SO/ customers.
- To attend all authorities and SO inspection.
- To monitor work quality using checklist and RFI.
- To be responsible for proper usage/ storage of machineries/ equipment/ materials.


Requirements

- Diploma or Degree in Construction related studies
- Minimum1 years of construction site working experience
- Fresh Graduate candidate is welcome to apply
- Required skill(s): MS Office, MS Projects
- Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients
- Good in coordination, communication skills and problem solving
