1. Job Summary

TRC BUILDER SDN BHD is a leading interior fit-out and renovation company in Malaysia. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Site Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will coordinate and manage various interior fit-out projects, including street-side shops and mall-based stores across the country.

2. Key Responsibilities

1. Project Coordination
   • Plan, schedule, and coordinate all aspects of interior fit-out projects for street-side and mall-based retail spaces. Liaise with clients, architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
   • Develop and maintain project timelines to ensure timely, within-budget, and high-quality project completion.
   • Monitor project progress, identify issues or delays, and implement corrective actions.
2. Site Management
   • Oversee daily operations at project sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
   • Manage and supervise on-site teams, including contractors and subcontractors, to ensure efficient work performance.
   • Conduct regular site inspections to assess work quality, resolve technical or logistical problems, and ensure adherence to project specifications.
3. Documentation and Reporting
   • Prepare and maintain project documentation such as progress reports, change orders, and quality records.
   • Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, highlighting significant issues or achievements.
   • Act as the main contact between the company and clients during project implementation, ensuring effective communication and client satisfaction.

3. Requirements

1. Qualifications
   • Diploma or degree in construction management, interior design, or related field.
   • At least 2 years of experience in site coordination or project management within interior fit-out or construction industry.

   • Strong organizational and time-management skills, capable of handling multiple projects.
   • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
   • Good problem-solving and decision-making skills, with adaptability to changing project needs.
   • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
3. Physical and Work Requirements
   • Willingness to travel across Malaysia for outstation projects as needed.
   • Ability to work on-site in dusty and noisy environments, including climbing ladders and stairs.
