Renkon Plt Hiring! Full Time Site Construction Executive in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 3,500 - Ricebowl
  • Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering, Construction Management, Building Technology, or equivalent.
  • Bilingual in Bahasa & English to communicate. Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin are welcome.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in interior design and site management industry. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Preferably a Junior Executive specialized in Interior Design Fit-out works or equivalent.
  • Sound knowledge of building codes and construction safety regulations.
  • The ability to interpret construction drawings.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience in corporate Fit-out will be an added advantage.
  • Strong leadership and effective communication skills.
  • Possess a positive attitude, willingness to learn, adapt, and work well in team settings.
  • Strong sense of professionalism, responsibility, high energy, independence, and a good attitude.
  • Able to adapt quickly to changing project requirements.
  • Able to present yourself professionally and perform well in a corporate environment.

  • Manage corporate, workplace, and residential interior Fit-out projects in accordance with local legislation, company policies, and guidelines.
  • Assist Project Manager in managing project activities to ensure compliance with specifications, drawings, plans, work schedules, QA/QC, safety, and to achieve timely completion within budget.
  • Advise on project budget, timeline, and construction methodologies.
  • Manage and monitor local authority submissions and approvals.
  • Work closely with project team, architects, subcontractors, suppliers, and workers.
  • Liaise with trade subcontractors such as M&E, carpenters, and others for accurate information.
  • Ensure work progress aligns with schedules and deadlines are met.
  • Excellent time management skills to meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Resolve technical or construction problems.
  • Inspect construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate safety hazards.
  • Assist in preparing progress reports, proposals, relevant documents, and presentations.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, fast-tracking projects without compromising quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in reviewing tenders, contracts, and other relevant documents.
  • Able to manage multiple projects, work with minimal supervision, and under pressure.
