Job description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist in scheduling and coordinating all phases of construction.
2. Monitor the progress of the construction project against the project plan.
3. Serve as a point of contact between contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
4. Communicate updates and issues with project managers and stakeholders.
5. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation including schedules, budgets, change orders, and permits. Prepare regular reports on progress, challenges, and solutions.
6. Compliance & Safety: Ensure construction activities comply with health and safety regulations. Assist in site inspections and audits.
7. Logistics & Procurement: Coordinate the delivery of materials and equipment to the site. Track inventory and manage supply chain logistics.
8. Problem Solving: Identify potential issues early and work with the team to find timely solutions. Handle on-site challenges and provide technical support when needed.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Building Construction, C&S, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English, & Mandarin. Proficiency in Mandarin is essential for effective communication with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Self-motivated with good communication and strong problem-solving skills.
