Job Description
- Liaise with consultants, clients, and subcon to facilitate effective communication and ensure project requirements are met.
- Lead, guide and train site supervisors to higher levels of competency and responsibility.
- Ensure the adherence to quality standards by monitoring processes and outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures as necessary.
- Checking technical drawings to identify and address any discrepancies or potential issues, ensuring accuracy and compliance with specifications.
- Serve as a pivotal figure in driving project progress, actively pushing to meet or exceed program completion targets ahead of schedule.
- Attend client meetings and chair subcon meetings.
- Manage the submission of project documentation and secure approvals from clients / consultants to ensure seamless progress and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of contractual agreements, between the company and clients / subcons, ensuring alignment with project specifications, quality standards, timelines, resource allocations, and other key factors.
- Material planning, including procurement and scheduling of items such as BRC, door frames, tiles, roof tiles, and so forth.
Job Requirement
- Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or construction related field
- At least 5 years relevant working experience in construction building.
- Excellent communication skills to build rapport with team members, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
- Proficient in FFL calculations and skilled in managing cost allocation to effectively reduce project expenses.
- Able to handle clients, subcon and consultants.
- Supervising and inspecting site works to ensure quality and compliance.
- Good sense of responsibility, outstanding leadership skills and able to work independently.
