Responsibilities
  • Maintain and manage documents using the company's electronic document management system (EDMS), ensuring accurate indexing, version control, and accessibility for all project team members.
  • Control the flow of documents between internal teams and external stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and consultants, ensuring timely distribution and receipt confirmation.
  • Implement and enforce document control procedures and protocols in accordance with company standards and project requirements, conducting regular audits to ensure compliance.
  • Prepare and maintain document control reports, including document status, distribution lists, and overdue documents, providing regular updates to project managers and stakeholders.
