Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for project high-speed interconnect solution design, develop and implement SI/PI simulation solutions, complete simulation design of signal buses such as DDR, QPI, PCIE, HFI 25Gbps, FC, optical interconnect;
- Develop Layout Guide, participate in high-speed interface PCB design work, provide design guidance and review opinions, assist in completing high-speed backplane and key platform CRB motherboard PCB related design work;
- Develop high-speed signal debug solutions, master passive testing methods such as TDR and VNA, combine software simulation and hardware measurement to complete signal problem localization and optimization;
- Pay attention to industry competitive product trends and server high-speed signal development trends, understand device technology roadmaps such as SERDES, PCB materials, connectors, cables, and output high-speed interconnect optimization solutions and technical suggestions.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct specialized board-level hardware power testing and debugging for servers, computers, laptops, and other equipment, strictly implementing various power testing projects to ensure stable performance and compliance of hardware power modules.
- Proficiently operate a variety of power testing and repair equipment, including oscilloscopes, electronic loads, DC power supplies, hot air guns, soldering irons, etc., and carry out daily testing operations, device calibration, and basic maintenance in a standardized manner.
- Based on circuit schematics and BRD files, and considering the characteristics of various electronic components, perform comprehensive board-level power testing covering key parameters such as voltage ripple, dynamic load response, power conversion efficiency, circuit protection, and BUCK loop stability.
- Strictly follow project test plans to advance testing activities, accurately record and document test data and results, generate complete test reports, and take full responsibility for the authenticity, accuracy, and validity of all test data and conclusions.
- Monitor the entire testing process closely, promptly identify and troubleshoot issues such as circuit anomalies, performance deviations, or component failures, and collaborate with the team to complete root cause analysis, problem review, and corrective validation.
- Participate in the debugging, fault diagnosis, and optimization of hardware power circuits, leveraging testing experience to assist in resolving technical challenges related to circuit design, hardware compatibility, and power performance anomalies, continuously improving product power reliability.
- Stay updated with new industry standards and technologies in power testing, continuously accumulate practical testing expertise, proactively adapt to testing requirements for new projects and models, and efficiently collaborate with R&D and quality teams through technical communication and issue coordination to ensure successful project delivery.
