Qualifications

Job description

We are looking for a Showroom Experience Coordinator, which you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation, and customer experience within our showroom. This role combines inventory coordination, visual merchandising, and front-line support to create a professional and welcoming environment. You will work closely with the Warehouse, Sales, and Marketing teams to support day-to-day operations and occasional events.

Key Responsibilities

Manage stock transfer between different locations, including preparing relevant document and assists in receiving, inspecting and organizing incoming stock deliveries from warehouse.

Conduct regular stock count in showroom and support to maintain accurate inventory records.

Ensure showroom displays well-maintained, cleanliness, product readiness with correct product placement, labeling, and overall presentation.

Assist in sample arrangement by handling documentation, checking stock accuracy and coordinating with warehouse team.

Provide support to the sales team in creating a welcoming, professional, and service-oriented environment for clients.

Guide basic customer service duties, such as attending to walk-in customers and responding to general product inquiries.

Collaborate in small marketing events, including coordinate guest visits to our experience center.

Participate in showroom rearrangement tasks to maintain an engaging and functional environment

Job Requirements

Possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor of Degree in Business Administrative, Retail Management, Marketing or related field.

1–2 years of relevant experience in showroom operations. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Fluent in English both verbal and writing, with a customer-first mindset.

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and inventory management systems.

Details oriented with organization skills, proactive, able to work both independently and within a team.
