Job summary

Sinma Digital Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to craft visuals for product listings, banners and campaigns across Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop. You will collaborate with the eCommerce and brand teams to ensure brand consistency and tailor assets to each platform’s requirements.

You will interpret briefs from marketing calendars, optimize assets for speed and user experience, and stay ahead of creative trends in the fast-growing digital retail space.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication or related field.
• 1–3 years of graphic design experience, preferably in eCommerce or retail.
• Basic understanding of eCommerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop).
• Knowledge of layout optimization, visual hierarchy and UI/UX for online retail.
• Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Team player with good communication and time management skills.
• Bonus: Motion graphics, video editing, or Canva experience.

Responsibilities

• Create visually compelling graphics, banners and layouts for product listings, store designs, campaigns and promos across Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop.
• Collaborate with eCommerce and brand teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Interpret briefs and calendars to produce assets tailored for online shopping behavior.
• Create/adapt visuals for platform requirements (Mega Campaigns, Payday Sales, Flash Deals, Live Events).
• Optimize images and videos to improve loading speed and user experience.
• Monitor creative trends in eCommerce and propose new ideas to enhance store attractiveness and conversion.
• Maintain organized file structures and update creative libraries.
