Lead the team in achieving department vision, KPIs and stretch goals that are set by the company.
Constantly monitor company KPIs and implement plan to achieve sales target.
Provide constructive feedback on sales strategies in the store of his/her responsibilities.
Responsible to team build and assist in training the team to acquire the skills and competency levels required in the job.
Developing and maintaining long-term customer relationship through CRM program.
Accountable and responsible for the day-to-day effective and efficient operations of the assigned store.
Job Requirement:
At least 8 Year(s) of working experience in retail store operations with no less than 3 year experience of overall store management.
Strong analytical skills in sales.
Excellent personnel management and leadership skills.
Able to work on weekends, public holidays and shift duty.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel Basic is preferred.
