Responsibilities:

• Lead the team in achieving department vision, KPIs and stretch goals that are set by the company.
• Constantly monitor company KPIs and implement plan to achieve sales target.
• Provide constructive feedback on sales strategies in the store of his/her responsibilities.
• Responsible to team build and assist in training the team to acquire the skills and competency levels required in the job.
• Developing and maintaining long-term customer relationship through CRM program.
• Accountable and responsible for the day-to-day effective and efficient operations of the assigned store.

Job Requirement:

• At least 8 Year(s) of working experience in retail store operations with no less than 3 year experience of overall store management.
• Strong analytical skills in sales.
• Excellent personnel management and leadership skills.
• Able to work on weekends, public holidays and shift duty.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel Basic is preferred.
