Job description

· Provide professional and courteous service to all customers.

· Handle customer feedback, in the most appropriate manner, within operational guidelines.

· Greet and interact with all customers to determine their individual needs when they enter the store.

· Answers incoming calls as per operations standard.

· Inspecting items and assessing the value of items brought in by customers.

2. Perform Pawn and Trade-in Transactions

· Effectively communicates to customers on policy of the pawn and trade-in transactions.

· Perform pawn renewal and trade-in transactions.

· Handle all cash, bank transactions, voucher, and negotiable items in accordance with established policies, procedures, and practices.

· Proactively utilize customer service skills to achieve or exceed KPIs.

· Housekeeping of the store.

· Assist in maintaining outstanding store appearance.

· Labelling items, arranging merchandise displays, and ensuring that items are stored securely.

4. Administration/ Other assignment

· Assist in stock handling, stock-take and documentation.

· Assist in cleanliness and upkeep of the pawnshop.

· Assist with simple ordering for the store – stationery and pantry supplies.

· Any other tasks as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

At least SPM qualification.

Given the nature of luxury retail, presenting a neat and professional appearance is important.

No experiences are required, training will be provided.

Must be able to work at weekends (Saturday & Sunday), off rest days at weekdays.

Able to work at Taman Daya and Pandan (tebrau area).
