Responsibilities
  • Provide professional and courteous service to all customers.
  • Handle customer feedback, in the most appropriate manner, within operational guidelines.
  • Answers incoming calls as per operations standard.
  • Inspecting items and assessing the value of items brought in by customers.
  • Effectively communicates to customers on policy of the pawn and trade-in transactions.
  • Perform pawn renewal and trade-in transactions.
  • Handle all cash, bank transactions, voucher, and negotiable items in accordance with established policies, procedures, and practices.
  • Housekeeping of the store.
  • Assist in stock handling, stock-take and documentation.
  • Any other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
  • At least SPM qualification.
  • Presenting a neat and professional appearance is important.
  • No experiences are required, training will be provided.
  • Besides of Bahasa Melayu and English, knowledge of additional languages (Mandarin) can be beneficial for customer interaction.
  • Must be able to work at weekends (Saturday & Sunday), off rest days at weekdays.
  • Good salary package with food incentive and attendance incentive.
  • Performance bonus twice a year and yearly salary adjustment.
