Job summary

KK Group of Companies (Retail) is seeking a Store Supervisor to manage inventory, record-keeping, and merchandise handling. The role includes supervising staff, ensuring cleanliness, and operating store equipment per procedures.

You will provide courteous service, handle emergencies, and uphold the store's image. SPM/ Diploma or equivalent; 1–3 years in retail with supervisory exposure are preferred.

• Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Possess own transportation.

To receive, record, arrange, inspect, and return goods, as well as perform all tasks related to inventory and merchandise handling.

To maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping withing the store premises.

To operate and handle all equipment and machines available in the store in accordance with company procedures.

To ensure the safety and proper care of the store's property and assets.

To provide courteous and professional service to customers.

To handle emergency situations appropriately and report them to the relevant personnel when necessary.

To uphold and maintain the good image and reputation of KK Supermart at all times.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

SPM, Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.

Previous retail experience (minimum 1–3 years), with supervisory responsibilities preferred.

SKILLS & ABILITIES
