Job summary

Averis is seeking motivated students for a compelling shipping-related program set for 2025. The program offers hands-on experience in export shipping documentation and daily operations, aimed at supporting the business while applying theoretical knowledge.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess or currently pursuing at least a Diploma in any field.
• CGPA preferable 3.5 and above.

Responsibilities

• Handling full set of Export shipping documentation including Invoices, Packing lists, Bills of Lading.
• Liaise with forwarders/carriers for shipment status.
• Manage day-to-day shipping transaction for Trading Companies.

Summary:

Averis is providing shipping related program for 2025 and we are looking for motivated and talented students to join our team.

The program are designed to provide real-world experience which will enable you to put everything you have learned into action and at the same time to support our growing business.

Responsibilities

• Handling full set of Export shipping documentation and preparing the necessary shipping documents for Bank negotiation including Invoices, Packing lists, Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin, etc.

• Liaise and follow-up internally with forwarders / carriers for shipment / delivery status located all over the world.

• Manage day-to-day shipping transaction of the Trading Companies

• Ensure full L/C compliances

• Support ad hoc and any other duties as required in the department or by Shipping Team Lead/Manager

Requirements

• Candidate must possess or currently pursuing at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Bachelor's Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in any field.
• Good communications & interpersonal skills
• Applicants must be willing to work in Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur
• CGPA: Preferable 3.5 and above
• Kindly state CGPA in your CV
