Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Shipping & Receiving Teams perform a combination of manual and clerical shipping and receiving duties. They use computer systems for tracking, logging, verifying and reporting incoming and outgoing shipments. They follow shipping practices and procedures, transportation routing, schedules and requirements. The Shipping & Receiving Teams receive incoming materials and prepare materials for shipment. They process freight bills, packing sheets, and other documents. They also route merchandise to destinations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and shipping documents.
• Identify and reporting any discrepancies or damage.
• Maintaining accurate inventory records, tracking stock levels, and ensuring proper storage and handling of goods.
• Prepare and pack outbound shipments following TE and customer specifications.
• Create and manage shipping documents including labels, bills of lading, and
• coordinating with carriers to arrange pickups and shipments.
• Use TE systems (e.g., SAP) to record inventory transactions and shipping data.
• Perform cycle counts and
• support inventory reconciliation efforts.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, complying with safety and 5S standards.
• Collaborate with internal departments such as Production, Quality, and Planning.
• Identify and participate in process improvements related to shipping and receiving operations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or shipping/receiving role.
• Experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP) and common shipping platforms (UPS, FedEx, DHL).
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel).
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
