Role Summary:

Manage the movement of cargo and prepare shipping documentation.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming and outgoing order processing and shipping documentation, including export and import documentation workflows.
  • Identify critical shipping issues and escalate when necessary.
  • Support ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
  • Degree in a related field.
  • Good knowledge of Letter of Credit and UCP 600 terms.
  • Understanding of PORAM/MEOMA, FOSFA, GAFTA contract terms and procedures.
  • Experience with palm oil Marine Insurance claims and vessel demurrage calculations.
  • 1-2 years experience in handling bulk oil export documentation (preferred but not essential).
  • Strong initiative and ability to work independently.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Pro-active, team player, and meticulous.
