Job Description

- Coordinate and support logistic activities for onshore and offshore shipments from inquiry phase until completion of the deliveries (Import/Export).
- Coordinate with store department for the finished good shipment arrangement.
- Liaise with customs for all related tasks.
- Quotation/freight cost comparison.
- Practice good housekeeping in work area, ensuring it is tidy and safe for a conducive work environment.
- Any other duties as assigned by superior/management.

Qualifications

- Possess at least a Diploma/Advanced Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Study/Administration or equivalent (Added Advantage).
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Knowledge/experience in LMW license will be an added advantage.
- Experience in Purchasing and Administration will be considered more favorably.
- Able to handle full set of export/import documentation.
- Mature, analytical, and able to work independently.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
