Job summary

A leading company in the fragrance sector is seeking a skilled individual for export and import tasks. The role involves managing shipping documents, coordinating shipments, and liaising with various stakeholders. Applicants should have a diploma or degree, at least three years of related experience, and a strong sense of responsibility in a team environment.

Qualifications

  • At least three years of experience in a similar capacity.
  • Ability to work in a team setting and manage job arrangements accurately.
  • Knowledge of Letter of Credit and experience in Manufacturing is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Handle full set I/E shipping documentation independently.
  • Follow up on export shipment delivery for both air and sea freight.
  • Handle Customs Declaration and Documentation Filing and record.

Customer Service Manager

Job Purpose

To handle import and export tasks

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Handle full set I/E shipping document independently.
  • Follow up export shipment delivery and booking arrangements for both Air and sea freight.
  • Experience in the application for the Certificate of Origin and Form D.
  • Ability to work closely with different internal and external stakeholders, including sales, warehouses and forwarders.
  • To handle Customs Declaration and Documentation Filing and record.
  • Sourcing and developing vendor/Forwarder list when required.
  • Attending CPC inspection.
  • Maintaining and updating shipment and inventory information in the system.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Management from time to time.

Skills And Attributes Required

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • At least three years of experience in a similar capacity.
  • Can handle daily Job arrangement on time & accurately.
  • Be self-motivated, initiative, well organized, with a strong sense of responsibility and to be able to work in a team setting.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Electronic Trade Declaration System.
  • Knowledge of ERP D365
  • Knowledge of Letter of credit
  • Experience working in Manufacturing is an advantage.
  • Experience in handling DG cargo shipment, Halai Good shipment, and CPC inspection are an advantage.
