Job description

Oversee all outbound movement from warehouse till delivery to customer.

Acknowledge the definition of custom forms function.

Liaise with CSR/Sales Team for the shipping arrangements.

Report any external or internal issues to the supervisor and team leader.

Resolve any discrepancies highlighted by CSR/Sales Team.

Update shipment tracking information into WMS.

Support other warehouse operations as required.

What We Are Looking For

• At least 2 years of shipping / freight forwarding experience.
• Basic computer skills (e.g., MS Office, replying to emails).
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize requests, work efficiently, and multi-task.
• Experience within the electronics or high technology industry is an advantage.
