Job description

• Manage all aspects of the transportation process, including scheduling, routing, and tracking shipments
• Plans and coordinates daily shipping activities, including scheduling shipments, preparing shipping documents, and coordinating with carriers
• Ensure compliance with all shipping regulations and customs requirements
• Maintain accurate shipping records, including documentation and tracking information
• Manage relationships with carriers, freight forwarders and other logistics service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products
• Develop and implement shipping employee training programs to ensure proficiency in shipping operations and safety procedures
• Develop and manage transportation budget
• Perform other ad hoc tasks assigned by Department Manager/Director

Job Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, bachelor's degree.
• minimum 4 years working experience in Logistic related work.
• Strong learning ability, proactive work attitude and good personality
• Good communication skills, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong knowledge of practices, standards, laws and regulations
• Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems
• being able to speak Chinese will be an added advantage
