Primary Duties & Responsibilities

1. Coordinate with the in-house team for all shipping issues and inquiries.
2. Strive to meet or exceed customer expectations with an on-time delivery (OTD) rate of 95%.
3. Manage the flow and documentation of import procedures.
4. Liaise with the Customs Department for exemptions and government applications.
5. Perform shipment audits and ensure correct use of shipping incoterms.
6. Assist and support all import/export shipping activities as necessary.
7. Source freight and negotiate for import/export destinations.
8. Handle Certificate of Origin submissions and ASN uploads as required.
9. Be familiar with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 procedures and policies.

Education & Experience

1. Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Logistics Management, or related discipline.
2. Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a multinational company with high-volume manufacturing.
3. Proficient in spreadsheet applications; experience in warehousing or logistics management is an advantage.
4. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and reporting skills.
5. Strong logical and analytical thinking skills.
