Job summary

CBRE Malaysia is seeking a Shift Technician - Chargeman A0/A1 based in Cyberjaya to maintain mid-to-large scale buildings and industrial systems. You will provide preventive maintenance, repairs, and energy management support across building equipment.

Qualifications

• Competent Chargeman A0/A1 with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with critical facilities: server room, UPS, genset.
• Willing to work shift hours and meet physical requirements.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repair on building systems.
• Conduct routine inspections, diagnose problems, and repair.
• Assist installation and modification of equipment.
• Assign work orders and estimate time/materials.
• Support energy management for efficiency.
• Inspect new installations for codes and safety.
• Lead by example and model CBRE RISE values.
• Work within standardized procedures to meet deadlines.
• Exchange straightforward information and check understanding.
