Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Shift Technician - Chargeman A0/A1 to maintain medium to large buildings and industrial systems at Cyberjaya. The role focuses on preventive maintenance, repairs, and operations support.

You will work within CBRE's Engineering and Technical Services team, performing inspections, troubleshooting, and ensuring energy efficiency.

Candidates should have 3-5 years of relevant experience, A0/A1 certification, and be capable of lifting heavy loads and working shifts.

Qualifications

• Chargeman A0/A1 certification is required.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with server rooms, UPS and genset.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to work in shifts and lift heavy loads as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repair on building systems.
• Conduct routine inspections and diagnose problems.
• Assist installation and modification of equipment.
• Assign work orders and estimate time/materials.
• Support energy management and efficiency.
• Inspect new installations for codes and safety.
