Job description

Overview

Assist engineers in production line sustain, AOI machine troubleshoot, AOI recipe setup, FVI and TBE verification process on defect unit and support TBE related issues.

Responsibilities

1. Monitor AOI/FVI yield performance and drive for continuous improvement
2. Support engineer for any TBE issue including any major down related to AOI machine, strapping machine, oven and packing machine.
3. Support NPI and Engineering builds (Recipe setup, material buyoff, tape and reel material qualification).
4. Support production line in achieving Quality, Delivery, Cycle Time, Process Improvement, Equipment Stability and improve the first pass yield for AOI machine.
5. Lot disposition and defect verification.
6. Any other tasks or projects assigned by superiors.

Qualifications & Experience

1. Min 2 years in semiconductor industry in the field of assembly engineering.
2. Experience in TBE and AOI process and able to understand on assembly defect criteria.
3. Diploma holder in Engineering or any related discipline. Relevant working experience is preferred.
