Install, test, inspect, maintain, and repair electric lights, power distribution circuit controls, and appliances throughout the buildings and grounds.

Repair, adjust, and replace the entire plumbing system, including waste-vent-water piping, valves, and the various fixtures and equipment served by this system that would normally be covered by the state plumbing code.

Responsibilities/Essential Functions

  • Receive work orders and coordinate work to fit schedule as assigned by Chargeman.
  • Estimate time and materials required on work order.
  • Maintain facility helpdesk call system, watts-up, mechanical alarm systems.
  • Repair electric motors, controllers and other auxiliary electrical devices.
  • Install new wiring and electrical machinery; work from prints and diagrams to determine layout, location, and specifications of items to install.
  • Isolate and repair defective circuits as required.
  • Dismantle electrical machinery and break connections; replace defective parts; reassemble, and test for proper operation.
  • Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition following prescribed safety regulations.
  • Respond to emergency calls and maintenance requests and be the first line in trouble shooting and attending to problems.
  • Daily Meter recordings and monitoring for M&E equipments, BAS system HT & LT system, generator, UPS, Data Center air cond, water and chiller and taking necessary and suitable corrective action required.
  • Repair, maintenance of all lightings & socket outlets - offices, production floor, garden, car-park.
  • Repair Office furniture and relocation of cube (chairs, tables, cabinets, drawers, dust bins, etc).
  • Repair of dispensers, stoves, food warmers, chillers, Ice-m/cs, counters, tables, chairs, etc.
  • Maintenance & repair of decorations, signage & labels for doors, offices, production floor, garden, car parks, etc.
  • Painting & repair of building, roads, floors, walls, doors, ceilings & roofs including regular servicing of door closers.
  • Service & repair of all basins & taps, pumps, storage tanks, piping, water dispensers, urinals, toilet WC & sanitary piping
  • Set-up for functions such as Townhalls, VIP presentations and Decoration.
  • Firefighting systems - regular testing, monitoring of fire alarms, fire pumps, storage tanks, sprinklers, hydrants & Fire.
  • Regular checks of building defects through regular walkthrough
  • Identifying and taking suitable action to rectify building defects
  • Minor plumbing work, sanitary replacements etc
  • Drain inspection at regular intervals, minor block removals etc.
  • Shift coverage and Standby coverage – Response time of 2 hours in case of Emergency downtime
  • Any Other jobs that may assigned from time to time.
  • Perform visual inspections for the detection of abnormal operation and correction of deficiencies.
  • Repair or replace defective plumbing equipments
